Michael Latz, CPA |
A 1972 graduate of Indiana University, Mike has practiced public accounting since 1968 with primary emphasis in taxes and tax planning. Mike is also licensed in insurance products and maintains a Series 7 and 63 securities license, as well as serving as the practice manager for the firm. He is a member of the American Institute Of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. |

Michael Harding, CFE, CFS |
A 1984 graduate of Indiana State University, Mike spent 14 years with the Indiana State Board of Accounts, specializing in audits of state-wide agencies, forensic projects and related investigations, technology issues, training and other special projects. Mike has been involved in public accounting for over 10 years, most recently focusing on forensic projects. Mike is a member the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Association of Certified Fraud Specialists, the Central Indiana Chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Indiana Arson and Crime Association. |
